If you want a tour of the city, you can join the group that leaves every Saturday at 10:30 am from the Sheraton Tiberias Hotel. It'a a free walking tour. But there are other, more entertaining tours available in Tiberias. For example the Holy Land Sailing offer cruises on the Sea of Galilee - you get relaxation and sightseeing at the same time.
