Cheap and good fish (15-40NIS) is served at Tapeo bar, 16 Ha'arba'a St, near the Cinemateque. Meat and veggie are also in the menu. At the end of the meal try a bottle of Israel wine... only that it costs 100NIS. For those who like salsa there is a scene for dancing in the background.
