The best one I know is the Canton restaurant, located in the Promenade hotel. It's all kosher food, lots of stuff to choose from, most of them very tasty. There's also a bar if you want a drink. Not to mention there's a great view of the sea. It's on 6 Gad Machness St., the number is 09-8321883 and the website http://www.chinese.co.il/
