Temple Mount is in The Old City (Muslim Quarter to be more specific). To get to the temple you have to pass through the Bab al-Magharba gate (at the Western Wall). In case you are not a Muslim you won't be allowed to enter Al-Aqsa Mosque and Dome of the Rock. People are required decent dress and women must wear headscarves.
